Article 131: Consequence of submitting the statement of defence

Part Three: Written Procedure › Chapter Two: Statement of Defence

(1) After the statement of defence has been submitted, preliminary objections may not be raised, even if the time limit for defence has not expired.

(1) Cevap dilekçesinin verilmesinden sonra, cevap süresi dolmamış olsa bile ilk itirazlar ileri sürülemez.
