Türkiye Devleti, ülkesi ve milletiyle bölünmez bir bütündür. Dili Türkçedir.
Bayrağı, şekli kanununda belirtilen, beyaz ay yıldızlı al bayraktır.
Milli marşı "İstiklal Marşı"dır.
Başkenti Ankara'dır.
