Part Nine: Non-Contentious Jurisdiction
(1) Unless otherwise provided by law, the court of the place where the applicant or one of the persons concerned resides has venue for non-contentious matters.

MADDE 384 · Çekişmesiz yargı işlerinde yetki
(1) Kanunda aksine hüküm bulunmadıkça, çekişmesiz yargı işleri için talepte bulunan kişinin veya ilgililerden birinin oturduğu yer mahkemesi yetkilidir.
