Chapter Three: Payment of the Fee
Where special laws contain provisions contrary to the provisions on liability laid down in the relevant Parts of this Law, the provision of the special law shall apply.

Bu kanunun ilgili kısımlarında mükellefiyet hakkında konulmuş hükümlerin aksine, özel kanunlarda hüküm bulunduğu takdirde özel kanun hükmü uygulanır.
