Chapter Three: Payment of the Fee
Tax Inspectors and Assistant Tax Inspectors and the chief finance officers of the locality are, in all cases, authorised to inspect and audit the accounts of officials authorised to collect fees.
The chief finance officer of the locality may also grant authority in this respect to control officers.

Vergi Müfettişleri ve Vergi Müfettiş Yardımcıları ile mahallin en büyük mal memurları her hal ve takdirde, harçları tahsile salahiyetli memurların hesaplarını teftiş ve kontrola yetkilidirler.
Mahallin en büyük mal memuru tarafından kontrol memurlarına da bu hususta yetki verilebilir.
