Chapter Three: Payment of the Fee
Of passport, residence permit, work permit, work permit exemption, visa and Ministry of Foreign Affairs certification transactions, those listed in Tariff No. (6) annexed to this Law shall be subject to the fee.

Pasaport, ikamet tezkeresi, çalışma izni, çalışma izni muafiyeti, vize ve Dışişleri Bakanlığı tasdik işlemlerinden bu kanuna bağlı (6) sayılı tarifede yazılı olanlar harca tabidir.
