Chapter Three: Payment of the Fee
The full fee shall be collected for residence permits, work permits and work permit exemptions renewed by reason of the expiry of their terms, and half the fee shall be collected in the case of the renewal of lost residence permits, work permits and work permit exemptions.

Sürelerinin sona ermeleri sebebiyle yenilenen ikamet tezkerelerinden, çalışma izinlerinden ve çalışma izni muafiyetlerinden tam, kaybolan ikamet tezkerelerinin, çalışma izinlerinin ve çalışma izni muafiyetlerinin yenilenmesi halinde yarı harç alınır.
