Three Vice Presidents may be assigned to assist the President in carrying out the services of the Presidency. The Vice Presidents shall be obliged to perform the duties assigned by the President, to carry out instructions, and to ensure harmony and cooperation between the organisational levels and the relevant service units.

MADDE 31 · Başkan Yardımcıları
Başkanlık hizmetlerinin yürütülmesinde Başkana yardımcı olmak amacıyla üç adet Başkan Yardımcısı görevlendirilebilir. Başkan Yardımcıları, Başkan tarafından verilen görevleri yapmak, talimatları yerine getirmek, teşkilat kademeleri ve ilgili hizmet birimleri arasında uyum ve işbirliğini sağlamakla yükümlüdürler.
