The Presidency is composed of the President of the Board, the Second President and the Vice Presidents of the Board.
The President of the Board is the highest superior of the Authority and is responsible for the general management and representation of the Authority.
This responsibility covers the duties and powers of organising, supervising and evaluating the work of the Authority within a general framework and, where necessary, announcing it to the public.

Başkanlık; Kurul Başkanı, İkinci Başkan ve Kurul Başkan Yardımcılarından teşekkül eder.
Kurul Başkanı Kurumun en üst amiri olup, Kurumun genel yönetim ve temsilinden sorumludur.
Bu sorumluluk, Kurumun çalışmalarının genel çerçevede düzenlenmesi, denetlenmesi, değerlendirilmesi ve gerektiğinde kamuya duyurulması görev ve yetkilerini kapsar.
