The Board shall be managed and represented by the President and, in cases of leave, illness, travel and other circumstances where the President is absent, by the Second President.
The meeting shall be chaired by the President of the Board or, in his or her absence, by the Second President, who shall determine the agenda to be decided upon before the meeting and notify it to the members of the Board.
Members of the Board may not participate in deliberations and voting on matters concerning themselves or their blood relatives up to the third degree and relatives by marriage up to the second degree.

MADDE 28 · Kurulun Çalışma Esasları
Kurul, Başkan tarafından, Başkanın bulunmadığı izin, hastalık, yolculuk ve diğer hallerde İkinci Başkan tarafından yönetilir ve temsil edilir.
Toplantıyı Kurul Başkanı veya yokluğunda İkinci Başkan yönetir ve karara bağlanacak gündemi toplantıdan önce belirleyerek Kurul üyelerine bildirir.
Kurul üyeleri kendileri ve üçüncü dereceye kadar kan ve ikinci dereceye kadar sıhri hısımlarıyla ilgili olaylarda müzakere ve oylamaya katılamaz.
