Descent between a child and the mother is established by birth.
Descent between a child and the father is established by marriage with the mother, by acknowledgement, or by a judgment.
Descent is also established by adoption.

MADDE 282 · A. Genel olarak soybağının kurulması
Çocuk ile ana arasında soybağı doğumla kurulur.
Çocuk ile baba arasında soybağı, ana ile evlilik, tanıma veya hâkim hükmüyle kurulur.
Soybağı ayrıca evlât edinme yoluyla da kurulur.
