Article 306: II. Joint adoption

Book Two: FAMILY LAW › Part Two: KINSHIP › Chapter One: ESTABLISHMENT OF DESCENT › Division Four: ADOPTION A. Adoption of minors

Spouses may adopt only jointly; persons who are not married to each other may not adopt jointly.

The spouses must have been married for at least five years or have reached the age of thirty.

One spouse may adopt the child of the other, provided that they have been married for at least two years or that the adopting spouse has reached the age of thirty.

MADDE 306 · II. Birlikte evlât edinme

Eşler, ancak birlikte evlât edinebilirler; evli olmayanlar birlikte evlât edinemezler.

Eşlerin en az beş yıldan beri evli olmaları veya otuz yaşını doldurmuş bulunmaları gerekir.

Eşlerden biri, en az iki yıldan beri evli olmaları veya kendisinin otuz yaşını doldurmuş bulunması koşuluyla diğerinin çocuğunu evlât edinebilir.
