Book Four: Victim, Complainant, Person with Financial Liability, Intervening Party › Part Two: Intervention in the Public Prosecution
(1) The intervening party may resort to legal remedies independently of the public prosecutor.
(2) If the decision is reversed upon the application of the intervening party, the public prosecutor shall pursue the matter anew.

MADDE 242 · Katılanın kanun yoluna başvurması
(1) Katılan, Cumhuriyet savcısına bağlı olmaksızın kanun yollarına başvurabilir.
(2) Karar, katılanın başvurusu üzerine bozulursa, Cumhuriyet savcısı işi yeniden takip eder.
