Book Seven: Costs of Proceedings and Miscellaneous Provisions › Part One: Costs of Proceedings
(1) A person in respect of whom a decision of acquittal or a decision that there is no need to impose a penalty has been rendered shall be ordered to pay only the costs arising from his or her own fault.
(2) The costs that this person was previously compelled to pay shall be assumed by the State Treasury.

MADDE 327 · Beraat veya ceza verilmesine yer olmadığı kararı verilmesi hâlinde gider
(1) Hakkında beraat veya ceza verilmesine yer olmadığına karar verilen kişi, sadece kendi kusurundan ileri gelen giderleri ödemeye mahkûm edilir.
(2) Bu kişinin önceden ödemek zorunda kaldığı giderler, Devlet Hazinesince üstlenilir.
