Chapter Six: Job Placement and Recruitment
The task of acting as intermediary in placing job seekers in jobs suitable for them and in finding suitable employees for various jobs shall be performed by the Turkish Employment Agency (Türkiye İş Kurumu) and by private employment agencies authorised in this respect.

İş arayanların elverişli oldukları işlere yerleştirilmeleri ve çeşitli işler için uygun işçiler bulunmasına aracılık görevi, Türkiye İş Kurumu ve bu hususta izin verilen özel istihdam bürolarınca yerine getirilir.
