Chapter One: General Principles

1. In respect of applications made to the administration under Articles 10, 11 and 13 before the date on which this Article enters into force, the time limits applicable before the amendments made by this Law to the said Articles shall apply.

1. Bu maddenin yürürlüğe girdiği tarihten önce 10 uncu, 11 inci ve 13 üncü maddeler uyarınca idareye yapılmış başvurular bakımından, belirtilen maddelerde bu Kanunla yapılan değişikliklerden önceki süreler uygulanır.
