Among the final decisions rendered in respect of the disputes set out in the amended paragraph (1) of Article 45 of this Law, decisions rendered before the date on which the amendment entered into force, and decisions rendered by a court whose decision was quashed upon a decision to quash of the Council of State, may be appealed on points of law before the Council of State.

Bu Kanunun 45 inci maddesinin değişik (1) numaralı fıkrasında yazılı uyuşmazlıklarla ilgili olarak verilen nihaî kararlardan, değişikliğin yürürlüğe girdiği tarihten önce verilen kararlar ile Danıştayın bozma kararı üzerine kararı bozulan mahkemece verilen kararlar, Danıştayda temyiz edilebilir.
