Chapter One: General Principles
The duty court shall carry out the following matters during the judicial recess:
a) Matters relating to the stay of execution and to the preservation of evidence,
b) Matters which must by law be decided within a specific time limit.

Nöbetçi mahkeme çalışmaya ara verme süresi içinde aşağıda yazılı işleri görür:
a) Yürütmenin durdurulmasına ve delillerin tespitine ait işler,
