Chapter One: General Principles

All service of documents pertaining to the Council of State and to regional administrative, administrative and tax courts shall be effected in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Service of Documents (Tebligat Kanunu). The charges for service effected in this manner shall be paid in advance by the persons concerned.

Danıştay ile bölge idare, idare ve vergi mahkemelerine ait her türlü tebliğ işleri, Tebligat Kanunu hükümlerine göre yapılır. Bu suretle yapılacak tebliğlere ait ücretler ilgililer tarafından peşin olarak ödenir.
