(1) A decision of adoption shall be notified by the court to the civil registry directorate of that place within ten days. The adoption shall be registered in the family registers, and the record of the adopted person shall be moved to the family register of the adopter.

MADDE 29 · Evlât edinme işlemi
(1) Evlât edinme kararı mahkeme tarafından on gün içinde o yerin nüfus müdürlüğüne bildirilir. Evlât edinme olayı aile kütüklerine tescil edilir ve evlât edinilenin kaydı evlât edinenin aile kütüğüne taşınır.
