(1) Address change declaration forms shall be sent by the organisations to the General Directorate in electronic form, or in paper form to the civil registry directorate of the place where the organisation is located within ten working days at the latest.

(1) Kuruluşlarca, adres değişikliği beyan formları elektronik ortamda Genel Müdürlüğe veya kâğıt ortamında en geç on işgünü içinde kuruluşun bulunduğu yerin nüfus müdürlüğüne gönderilir.
