Part Eight: Miscellaneous Provisions
For expropriations for which an expropriation decision had been taken but no service had yet been made as at the date of entry into force of this Law, the provisions of this Law shall apply; to the others, the previous provisions shall apply.

Bu Kanunun yürürlüğe girdiği tarihte, kamulaştırma kararı alınmış ancak henüz tebligata çıkarılmamış kamulaştırmalarda bu Kanun hükümleri, diğerlerinde önceki hükümler uygulanır.
