The sentence added to additional Article 3 of this Law by the Law establishing this article shall also apply to pending actions, including those under appellate review, as at the date of entry into force of the Law establishing that sentence.

Bu maddeyi ihdas eden Kanunla bu Kanunun ek 3 üncü maddesine eklenen cümle, bu cümleyi ihdas eden Kanunun yürürlüğe girdiği tarihte kanun yolu incelemesindekiler dâhil görülmekte olan davalarda da uygulanır.
