(1) Of this Law:
a) Articles 3 and 8, six months after the date of publication,
b) The other articles, on the date of publication,
shall enter into force.

MADDE 13 · Yürürlük
(1) Bu Kanunun;
a) 3 üncü ve 8 inci maddeleri, yayımı tarihinden altı ay sonra,
b) Diğer maddeleri yayımı tarihinde,
yürürlüğe girer.
