(1) The Telecommunications Communication Presidency has been closed.
(2) References made in other legislation to the Telecommunications Communication Presidency shall be deemed to have been made to the Cybersecurity Presidency, and references made to the President of the Telecommunications Communication Presidency shall be deemed to have been made to the President of the Cybersecurity Presidency.

(2) Diğer mevzuatta Telekomünikasyon İletişim Başkanlığına yapılan atıflar Siber Güvenlik Başkanlığına, Telekomünikasyon İletişim Başkanına yapılan atıflar Siber Güvenlik Başkanına yapılmış sayılır.
