Part Five: Directorate General of Migration Management › Chapter Six: Miscellaneous Provisions
(1) Of this Law:
a) Part Five, excluding Article 122, paragraphs 1, 2, 5 and 7 of Article 123 and Article 124, on the date of its publication,
b) the other provisions, one year after the date of its publication,
shall enter into force.

MADDE 125 · Yürürlük
(1) Bu Kanunun;
a) 122 nci maddesi, 123 üncü maddesinin birinci, ikinci, beşinci ve yedinci fıkraları ile 124 üncü maddesi hariç olmak üzere Beşinci Kısmı yayımı tarihinde,
b) Diğer hükümleri yayımı tarihinden bir yıl sonra,
yürürlüğe girer.
