(1) The provisions of Article 8 of the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 concerning application in place shall also apply to misdemeanours. However, cases in respect of which laws contain provisions to the contrary are reserved.

MADDE 6 · Yer bakımından uygulama
(1) 5237 sayılı Türk Ceza Kanununun yer bakımından uygulamaya ilişkin 8 inci maddesi hükümleri, kabahatler bakımından da uygulanır. Ancak, kanunlarda aksine hüküm bulunan haller saklıdır.
