(1) The mediator shall have the right to claim a fee and expenses in return for the activity performed. The mediator may also request an advance for the fee and expenses.
(2) Unless otherwise agreed, the mediator's fee shall be determined according to the Mediator Minimum Fee Tariff in force on the date on which the activity ends, and the fee and expenses shall be borne equally by the parties.
(3) The mediator may not receive a fee in return for acting as an intermediary for, or recommending, particular persons in relation to the mediation process. Transactions contrary to this prohibition shall be null and void.

MADDE 7 · Ücret ve masrafların istenmesi
(1) Arabulucu yapmış olduğu faaliyet karşılığı ücret ve masrafları isteme hakkına sahiptir. Arabulucu, ücret ve masraflar için avans da talep edebilir.
(2) Aksi kararlaştırılmadıkça arabulucunun ücreti, faaliyetin sona erdiği tarihte yürürlükte bulunan Arabulucu Asgari Ücret Tarifesine göre belirlenir ve ücret ile masraf taraflarca eşit olarak karşılanır.
(3) Arabulucu, arabuluculuk sürecine ilişkin olarak belirli kişiler için aracılık yapma veya belirli kişileri tavsiye etmenin karşılığı olarak ücret alamaz. Bu yasağa aykırı işlemler batıldır.
