Chapter Three: Rights and Obligations of Mediators
(1) An entrance due upon registration in the Register and an annual due for each year shall be collected from mediators.
(2) Entrance dues and annual dues shall be recorded as revenue to the general budget.

MADDE 12 · Aidat ödenmesi
(1) Arabuluculardan sicile kayıtlarında giriş aidatı ve her yıl için yıllık aidat alınır.
(2) Giriş aidatı ve yıllık aidatlar genel bütçeye gelir kaydedilir.
