(1) Actions concerning succession shall be heard by the court of the last domicile of the deceased in Türkiye or, if the last domicile was not in Türkiye, by the court of the place where the assets forming part of the estate are located.

(1) Mirasa ilişkin davalar ölenin Türkiye'deki son yerleşim yeri mahkemesinde, son yerleşim yerinin Türkiye'de olmaması hâlinde terekeye dâhil malların bulunduğu yer mahkemesinde görülür.
