(1) A legal transaction may be executed in the form required by the substantive provisions either of the law of the country where it is executed or of the law governing the substance of that transaction.

(1) Hukukî işlemler, yapıldıkları ülke hukukunun veya o hukukî işlemin esası hakkında yetkili olan hukukun maddî hukuk hükümlerinin öngördüğü şekle uygun olarak yapılabilir.
