(1) Where the competent law is determined on the basis of nationality, domicile or habitual residence, the nationality, domicile or habitual residence at the date the action is brought shall be taken as the basis, unless otherwise provided.

(1) Yetkili hukukun vatandaşlık, yerleşim yeri veya mutad mesken esaslarına göre tayin edildiği hâllerde, aksine hüküm olmadıkça, dava tarihindeki vatandaşlık, yerleşim yeri veya mutad mesken esas alınır.
