Chapter Five: Miscellaneous Provisions
(1) The regulation provided for in Article 46 shall be prepared and put into force within six months. Until this regulation enters into force, the provisions of the existing regulations that are not contrary to this Law shall continue to be applied.

GEÇİCİ MADDE 2 · Mevcut yönetmeliğin uygulanması
(1) 46 ncı maddede öngörülen yönetmelik altı ay içinde hazırlanarak yürürlüğe konulur. Bu yönetmelik yürürlüğe girinceye kadar mevcut yönetmeliklerin bu Kanuna aykırı olmayan hükümlerinin uygulanmasına devam edilir.
