MADDE 138 · V. Redde itiraz ve yargılama usulü
Evleneceklerden her biri evlendirme memurunun ret kararına karşı mahkemeye başvurabilir. İtiraz, evrak üzerinde incelenip kesin karara bağlanır.
Ancak, mutlak butlan sebeplerinden birinin bulunduğuna ilişkin ret kararlarına karşı açılan davalar, basit yargılama usulüyle (…) görülür.
