Article 770: 2. Safekeeping and sale

Book Four: LAW OF PROPERTY › Part One: OWNERSHIP › Chapter Three: OWNERSHIP OF MOVABLE PROPERTY

The thing found must be kept with care.

Where its keeping requires excessive expense, or it is of a perishable nature, or it has been kept by the law enforcement authorities or a public institution for more than one year, the thing found may be sold. The sale shall be made by public auction, with prior public notice where necessary.

The sale proceeds shall take the place of the thing found.

MADDE 770 · 2. Koruma ve satma

Bulunan şeyin özenle korunması gerekir.

Korunması aşırı gideri gerektirir veya çabuk bozulabilir bir nitelik taşır ya da kolluk kuvvetleri veya kamu kurumu tarafından bir yıldan fazla saklanmış olursa, bulunan şey satılabilir. Satış, gerektiğinde önceden ilân edilerek açık artırma yoluyla yapılır.

Satış bedeli, bulunan şeyin yerine geçer.
