Article 97: 2. Confederation

Book One: LAW OF PERSONS › Part Two: LEGAL PERSONS › Chapter Two: ASSOCIATIONS A. Establishment

Confederations are established by at least three federations having the same founding purposes coming together as members in order to achieve their purposes.

Each confederation shall have bylaws.

A confederation acquires legal personality upon the submission of the establishment notification, the bylaws and the required documents to the highest civil administrative authority of its domicile.

MADDE 97 · 2. Konfederasyon

Konfederasyonlar, kuruluş amaçları aynı olan en az üç federasyonun, amaçlarını gerçekleştirmek üzere üye sıfatıyla bir araya gelmeleri suretiyle kurulur.

Her konfederasyonun bir tüzüğü bulunur.

Konfederasyon, kuruluş bildirimi, tüzük ve gerekli belgelerin yerleşim yerinin en büyük mülkî amirine verilmesiyle tüzel kişilik kazanır.
