Book Six: Legal Remedies › Part One: General Provisions
(1) The legal representative and the spouse of the suspect or the accused may, of their own accord, resort to the legal remedies available to the suspect or the accused within the prescribed time limit. The provisions relating to an application by the suspect or the accused shall also apply to an application to be made by them and to the proceedings following it.

MADDE 262 · Yasal temsilcinin ve eşin başvurma hakkı
(1) Şüpheli veya sanığın yasal temsilcisi ve eşi, şüpheli veya sanığa açık olan kanun yollarına süresi içinde kendiliklerinden başvurabilirler. Şüphelinin veya sanığın başvurusuna ilişkin hükümler, bunlar tarafından yapılacak başvuru ve onu izleyen işlemler için de geçerlidir.
