Book Six: Legal Remedies › Part One: General Provisions
(1) In an admissible application, an error in determining the legal remedy or the authority shall not extinguish the rights of the applicant.
(2) In this case, the authority to which the application was made shall immediately send the application to the authority having jurisdiction and competence.

MADDE 264 · Kanun yolunun belirlenmesinde yanılma
(1) Kabul edilebilir bir başvuruda kanun yolunun veya merciin belirlenmesinde yanılma, başvuranın haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz.
(2) Bu hâlde başvurunun yapıldığı merci, başvuruyu derhâl görevli ve yetkili olan mercie gönderir.
