Added: 15/10/2008, Law No. 5804, Art. 3
(1) Deliveries of goods and supplies of services to be made to the Forum Secretariat responsible for the organisation of the Fifth World Water Forum to be held in İstanbul in March 2009, for the purpose of holding this Forum, shall be exempt from value added tax.
(2) The Ministry of Finance is authorised to determine the procedures and principles relating to the application of the exemption.

(1) 2009 yılı Mart ayında İstanbul’da yapılacak Beşinci Dünya Su Forumunun Organizasyonundan sorumlu Forum Sekretaryasına bu Forumun gerçekleştirilmesi için yapılacak mal teslimleri ile hizmet ifaları katma değer vergisinden müstesnadır.
(2) Maliye Bakanlığı, istisnanın uygulanmasına ilişkin usul ve esasları belirlemeye yetkilidir.
