Part Twelve: Miscellaneous Provisions
(1) Regulations relating to the application of this Law shall be put into force by the President of the Republic.
(2) The regulation relating to addresses and numbering, however, shall be prepared jointly by the Ministry, the Turkish Statistical Institute and the Turkish Standards Institution and put into force within ninety days.

MADDE 69 · Yönetmelik
(1) Bu Kanunun uygulanmasına ilişkin yönetmelikler Cumhurbaşkanınca yürürlüğe konulur.
(2) Adres ve numaralamaya ilişkin yönetmelik ise doksan gün içerisinde Bakanlık, Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu ve Türk Standartları Enstitüsü Kurumu tarafından müştereken hazırlanarak yürürlüğe konulur.
