Article 113: Collective action

Part Two: Types of Action, Conditions of Action and Preliminary Objections › Chapter One: Types of Action

(1) Associations and other legal persons may, within the framework of their statutes, bring an action in their own name to protect the interests of their members or affiliates or of the segment of society they represent, for the determination of the rights of those concerned, for the remedying of an unlawful situation, or for the prevention of future infringement of the rights of those concerned.

MADDE 113 · Topluluk davası

(1) Dernekler ve diğer tüzel kişiler, statüleri çerçevesinde, üyelerinin veya mensuplarının yahut temsil ettikleri kesimin menfaatlerini korumak için, kendi adlarına, ilgililerin haklarının tespiti veya hukuka aykırı durumun giderilmesi yahut ilgililerin gelecekteki haklarının ihlal edilmesinin önüne geçilmesi için dava açabilir.
