Chapter Five: Security
(1) The court shall order, of its own motion, security to cover the costs of proceedings. Before ordering security, the judge may hear the parties or the person requesting intervention.

MADDE 86 · Teminat kararı
(1) Yargılama giderlerini karşılayacak teminata, mahkemece kendiliğinden karar verilir. Hâkim, teminat kararı vermeden önce tarafları veya müdahale talebinde bulunan kişiyi dinleyebilir.
