Chapter Eight: Timeshare Right

It shall be noted in the declarations column of the land register entries of the main immovable property and of the independent sections and detached buildings that a timeshare right has been established over the independent section or building, and this matter shall also be stated in the title deed to be issued.

Ana taşınmaz mal ile bağımsız bölümlerin ve müstakil yapıların tapu kütüklerinin beyanlar hanesine, bağımsız bölüm veya yapı üzerinde devre mülk hakkı kurulduğu işaret edilir ve düzenlenecek tapu senedinde de bu husus belirtilir.
