Chapter Eight: Timeshare Right

The timeshare right must be allocated to certain periods of the year and may not be for a period of less than 7 days. Unless otherwise agreed in the contract, the holder of the timeshare right may leave the exercise of this right to others.

Devre mülk hakkının yılın belirli dönemlerine ayrılması ve 7 günden daha az süreli olmaması gerekir. Sözleşmede aksi kararlaştırılmamışsa devre mülk hakkı sahibi bu hakkın kullanımını başkalarına bırakabilir.
