Part Seven: Consumer Bodies › Chapter Two: Consumer Arbitration Committee
(1) The attendance allowance and attendance fee to be paid to the chairpersons and members of consumer arbitration committees and to other public personnel assigned as rapporteurs, as well as expert fees, and the procedures and principles relating to these payments, shall be determined by the Ministry upon obtaining the favourable opinion of the Ministry of Finance.

MADDE 71 · Huzur hakkı ve ücreti
(1) Tüketici hakem heyeti başkan ve üyelerine, raportör olarak görevlendirilen diğer kamu personeline ödenecek huzur hakkı ve huzur ücreti ile bilirkişi ücreti ve bu ödemelere ilişkin usul ve esaslar Maliye Bakanlığının uygun görüşü alınarak Bakanlıkça belirlenir.
