(1) References made in other legislation to the Law No. 4817 dated 27/2/2003 on Work Permits of Foreigners shall be deemed to have been made to this Law.
(2) The expressions “work permit exemption confirmation document” or “work permit exemption document” in other legislation shall be construed as the “work permit exemption” provided for in this Law, and the expression “work permit document” shall be construed as the “work permit” provided for in this Law.

MADDE 26 · Atıf yapılan hükümler
(1) Diğer mevzuatta, 27/2/2003 tarihli ve 4817 sayılı Yabancıların Çalışma İzinleri Hakkında Kanuna yapılmış olan atıflar bu Kanuna yapılmış sayılır.
(2) Diğer mevzuatta yer alan “çalışma izni muafiyet teyit belgesi” veya “çalışma izni muafiyet belgesi” ibarelerinden bu Kanunda yer alan “çalışma izni muafiyeti”, “çalışma izni belgesi” ibaresinden ise bu Kanunda yer alan “çalışma izni” anlaşılır.
