(1) The work permit and work permit exemption shall be granted for a period sixty days shorter than the period of validity of the foreigner's passport or documents substituting for a passport, and separately for each foreigner.
(2) The form and content of the work permit and work permit exemption documents shall be determined by the Ministry. The printing and distribution of these documents shall be carried out by the Ministry. The procedures and principles concerning the collection of the prices of the valuable papers shall be determined jointly by the Ministry and the Ministry of Finance.

MADDE 24 · Çalışma izni ve çalışma izni muafiyetinin düzenlenmesi ve şekli
(1) Çalışma izni ve çalışma izni muafiyeti, yabancının pasaport veya pasaport yerine geçen belgelerinin geçerlilik süresinden altmış gün daha kısa süreli ve her yabancı için ayrı verilir.
(2) Çalışma izni ve çalışma izni muafiyeti belgelerinin şekli ve içeriği Bakanlıkça belirlenir. Bu belgelerin basım ve dağıtım işlemleri Bakanlıkça yerine getirilir. Değerli kâğıt bedellerinin tahsiline ilişkin usul ve esaslar, Bakanlık ve Maliye Bakanlığınca müştereken belirlenir.
