(1) Where maintenance is ordered pursuant to the provisions of this Law, a copy of the decision shall be sent ex officio to the enforcement directorate of the domicile of the maintenance creditor or debtor.
(2) Where the person ordered to pay maintenance has a connection with the Social Security Institution, the maintenance shall be collected by the enforcement directorate from the pension, salary or wage of the person concerned without requiring an application by the protected person. The postal expenses of the enforcement directorates relating to the collection of maintenance shall be met from the in flagrante delicto appropriation of the chief public prosecutor's office.

MADDE 18 · Nafaka
(1) Bu Kanun hükümlerine göre nafakaya karar verilmesi hâlinde, kararın bir örneği, resen nafaka alacaklısının veya borçlusunun yerleşim yeri icra müdürlüğüne gönderilir.
(2) Nafaka ödemekle yükümlü kılınan kişinin Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu ile bağlantısı olması durumunda, korunan kişinin başvurusu aranmaksızın nafaka, ilgilinin aylık, maaş ya da ücretinden icra müdürlüğü tarafından tahsil edilir. İcra müdürlüklerinin nafakanın tahsili işlemlerine ilişkin posta giderleri Cumhuriyet başsavcılığının suçüstü ödeneğinden karşılanır.
