Article 23: Coordination of occupational health and safety

Chapter Three: Council, Committee and Coordination

(1) Where more than one employer shares the same working area, the employers shall cooperate in the implementation of occupational hygiene and occupational health and safety measures, shall carry out, in coordination and taking into account the nature of the work performed, activities for the prevention of and protection against occupational risks, and shall inform each other and the employee representatives about these risks.

(2) In places such as business centres, office blocks, industrial zones or industrial estates where there is more than one workplace, coordination in matters of occupational health and safety shall be ensured by the management. The management shall warn employers to take the necessary measures regarding hazards at their workplaces that, in terms of occupational health and safety, may affect other workplaces. It shall report to the Ministry the employers who do not comply with these warnings.

MADDE 23 · İş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin koordinasyonu

(1) Aynı çalışma alanını birden fazla işverenin paylaşması durumunda işverenler; iş hijyeni ile iş sağlığı ve güvenliği önlemlerinin uygulanmasında iş birliği yapar, yapılan işin yapısı göz önüne alınarak mesleki risklerin önlenmesi ve bu risklerden korunulması çalışmalarını koordinasyon içinde yapar, birbirlerini ve çalışan temsilcilerini bu riskler konusunda bilgilendirir.

(2) Birden fazla işyerinin bulunduğu iş merkezleri, iş hanları, sanayi bölgeleri veya siteleri gibi yerlerde, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusundaki koordinasyon yönetim tarafından sağlanır. Yönetim, işyerlerinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönünden diğer işyerlerini etkileyecek tehlikeler hususunda gerekli tedbirleri almaları için işverenleri uyarır. Bu uyarılara uymayan işverenleri Bakanlığa bildirir.
