This is the provision of Additional Article 1, added by Decree-Law No. 240, Art. 12, of 19/6/1984 and adopted without amendment by Law No. 3073, Art. 12, of 7/11/1984; the article number has been put in sequence.
The principles concerning the implementation of the Passport Law, the determination of the form and content of passports, and the issuance of passports and documents valid in lieu of passports shall be set out in a regulation to be prepared under the coordination of the Ministry of Interior with the participation of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and of Finance and Customs.

Pasaport Kanununun uygulanması, pasaportların şekil ve muhtevalarının tespiti ile pasaport ve pasaport yerine geçerli belgelerin düzenlenmesine ait esaslar İçişleri Bakanlığının koordinatörlüğünde Dışişleri ve Maliye ve Gümrük bakanlıklarının iştiraki ile hazırlanacak bir yönetmelikle belirtilir.
